Sweetheart cherries are large, bright red cherries and reportedly the most popular cherry variety grown in Washington State today.

Prized for their heart-like shape and firm texture, but mostly for a distinctive, super-sweet, mildly tart flavor.

D'Anjou Pear

Beurre D'Anjou (Angers, France)
Sweet, Notes of Lemon & Lime

The Beurre D'Anjou Pear, also known as the D'Anjou or simply Anjou for short, received it's name from the French word for butter.

It has a buttery texture and sweet rich flavor that makes it ideal for savory recipes and delectable desserts.
 
The skin is light yellow and green and the flesh is light yellow when properly ripened.
 

Red Cameo Apple

Cameo is a tasty new variety to the apple world, that has become enormously popular.  Hard to find in stores, one of the most tastiest and versatile apples around.

Amazingly crunchy with a real "apple" aroma, the Cameo has a flesh that stays white and clean for a long time after cutting.

The name of the Cosmic Crisp refers to the white dots that cover the skin, which are reminiscent of stars against a red sky.

The red blushed golden yellow cherry, named after Washington State's highest mountain peak, Mt. Rainier.

The larger Rainier cherry is so delicious and extremely sweet it has it's very own National Rainier Cherry Day Holiday on July 11th.

The Honeycrisp apple’s name says it all! Pleasantly crisp, sweet and juicy, this popular apple features a beautiful bright red skin mottled with pale green.

 

Its complex flavor is subtly tart, and is a versatile ingredient for recipes ranging from sweet to savory.

 

As a snack, Honeycrisp apples burst with juice with every bite, and they are also a delicious addition to salads, pies, sauces, and baked goods.

Bartlett Pear

The Williams (European) Pear

Savory Sweet, & Juicy

This classic pear is picked off the tree firm, slightly tart & crunchy. 

As it rest at room temperature it turns from green to yellow as it becomes softer, sweeter & juicier.

​

Bartlett's are the only pears that have a true pyriform, or pear shape, which has a rounded large bottom half and tapers to a smaller curved  neck.

​

Fully ripened it's buttery sweet flavor and texture make it a favorite for desserts, salads, cooking, and canning.
